Evans2 ‘Rotatable’ Endoscopic and Cranial Instrument sets are ideal for endoscopic approaches to pituitary and micro neurosurgical procedures. 3600 fully rotatable shafts in an axial bayonet design for improved visualization and round easy-to-hold handles are well balanced for comfort – these instruments safely prevent rotation when the jaws are closed. Kelly3 Endonasal set is a endonasal transsphenodial instrument set for pituitary and skull base surgery. An all inclusive Kelly (All-in-One) set comes with everything you need for effective, minimally invasive tumor removal from opening instruments such as: two Cottle speculums, four Papavero Specula and curved mucosal dissectors for easy entry and less pateint trauma. Lawton4 Neurovascular Bypass Instruments are comprised of a comprehensive list over 40 instruments, which are very specific procedure designed, for varing depths of cranial bypass procedures. Instruments are performance engineered for the specific procedure with strong, very fine, ultra fine and long tips (low profile tips, 30 & 60 degree Up ultra fine scissor tips and diamond jaws) in 15, 18 and 21cm lengths in round and flat handles.
